How Smart Glass Film Work?
Smart glass film, often referred to as PDLC (polymer dispersed liquid crystal) films, instantly change their state from opaque (private) to transparent (transparent) by using a simple electric charge. It is essentially a dynamic electronic blind embedded in the film.
What is the process for smart film installation?

1. Prepare the tools; |

2. Clean the glass surface; |
|
3. Measure the glass dimensions and cut the film accurately; |

4. Peel off the protective liner and align the film with the glass edges; |
|
5. Use a squeegee to remove air bubbles completely from the middle to edge; |
|
6. Electrode connection; |
|
7. Edge sealing with silicon glass glue; |
|
8. Important notes: Install in a clean, dust-free environment; Do not touch the adhesive side with bare hands; Avoid bending or folding the film’s electrode; If the film is damaged during installation, stop using it immediately and contact our technical support. |
