Can I Install The Smart Film Tint by Myself, or Do I Need A Professional?

The film has a self-adhesive backing, making it suitable for DIY application on smaller pieces. However, for larger windows or complex installations, especially those involving wires, it is strongly recommended to have professional installation to ensure a perfect, bubble-free finish and safe electrical connection.

How To Install Smart Film Tint?

1. Prepare the tools;

2. Clean the glass surface;

3. Measure the glass dimensions and cut the film accurately;

4. Peel off the protective liner and align the film with the glass edges;

5. Use a squeegee to remove air bubbles completely from the middle to edge;

6. Electrode connection;

7. Edge sealing with silicon glass glue;

8. Important notes:

Install in a clean, dust-free environment;

Do not touch the adhesive side with bare hands;

Avoid bending or folding the film’s electrode;

If the film is damaged during installation, stop using it immediately and contact our technical support.
